Samambaia Liveaboard

Samambaia is a two-mast wooden Phinisi schooner offering sheer luxury and comfort. She has a length of 130 ft. and accommodates only 14 guests on each trip. Attention to detail in the crafting process is reflected throughout all seven cabins. There are 2 double cabins, 2 convertible cabins (double or twin) and 2 twin cabins on the lower deck, plus a beautiful 160 sq. ft. Master cabin with stunning 180 degree sea views on the main deck. Each cabin has a private en-suite bathroom, under bed storage, wardrobes and individually controlled AC. All bathrooms offer a rain shower head paired with a hand shower, toilet and a washbasin carved out of fossil wood. Samambaia features a large restaurant/lounge area, shaded sundeck with comfortable loungers, a camera room with integrated 110v and 220v charging points, a huge dive deck with two hot water showers and two 21 ft. skiffs powered by fume-less 4-cycle 40 HP twin-outboard motors.

On Samambaia up to 22 experienced, professional and friendly crew are always on hand, in order to help create an unforgettable journey. Guests are catered to with delicious and varied international cuisine prepared every day with locally sourced ingredients by the chef, and the menu includes fresh ice-cream and daily baked bread and pastries. For diving Samambaia offers an impressive guest to dive guide ratio of just 4:1 ensuring the best service underwater. On Samambaia you can enjoy spectacular day and night dives, plus a range of activities during the surface intervals such as scenic rides through lagoons and coves, trekking, visits to secluded beaches and whale watching. Last but not least, both Nitrox and beer are free!
